An Update for Frank Sente's R163 Exhibit: The US 1898 Battleship Workhorse
In 2011, I first published Frank Sente's R163 exhibit. That version of his exhibit has been the one posted to this site for 14 years. Below is the latest version, most recently shown at this year's NAPEX. Special additions include an R163 bisected in the Indian Territory, and an example used to pay the telephone call tax.
